The final step in being a truly complete “single source” post sales field service solution is in our ability to complete full unit installations.

In the instance that product and labor is provided to the consumer, UTS provides you with a capable, cost effective and reliable means to get the tear out and installation done. Our UTS field technicians are equipped and experienced enough to handle just about any product installation in a residential or light commercial setting.

In the instance that parts and labor are not provided to the consumer, then the next question the consumer proposes is usually “what’s next” or “who can I call”. As a service to our customers, in the event that either product or labor is not provided, we do accept “non-warranty” referrals. This can be a huge value add for you when a product is out of warranty, but product or service is needed and a consumer is looking for peace of mind that it will be done to your standards.
