InspectionsCompleting field inspections and providing data collection was the initial service offering from UTS back in 1997. Since that time, through several generations of refinement, customer feedback and ever changing needs, UTS field inspections have become the most comprehensive in the market place.

When it comes to diagnosing a consumer’s concern or product performance issue; Field Inspections are an essential tool to gather the information needed and correct issues when additional parts aren’t needed. Once on-site, UTS field technicians will review the issue, collect consistent information for documentation, collect photos relating to the product and installation as well as provide minor repairs that can be completed to satisfy the consumer.

Our goal on an inspection is to always resolve consumer issue during the initial inspection stage; one touch closure. In the instance that the remedy required is either outside of our customers allowable repair guidelines or requires additional parts, the report we provide will include all the information you need to make a sound decision on the next step for the consumer.

While UTS does use standard forms and data collection points; all forms, methods and information collected in the field are customizable to fit your needs.
