In the instance that parts and labor are not provided to the consumer, then the next question the consumer proposes is usually “what’s next” or “who can I call”. As a service to our customers, in the event that either parts or labor are not provided, we do accept “non-warranty” referrals. This can be a huge value add for you when a product is out of warranty, but parts or service is needed and a consumer is looking for peace of mind that it will be done to your standards.
